A Fund was established to pay the running costs of the Victorian Lions Eye Donation Service. The Eye Donation Service operates as part of the Department of Ophthalmology of the Melbourne University at the Eye and Ear Hospital in Melbourne. The foundation also supports CERA, the Centre for Eye Research Australia Limited.
